REFUND POLICY

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS NOTICE

Zinashop specializes in high-quality digital downloads (Google Sheets Templates). Unlike physical goods, digital products cannot be "returned" once they have been accessed or downloaded.

Therefore, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the automated download link has been sent to your email. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you understand the digital nature of this product.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

We want to ensure you have a great experience. We may offer a refund ONLY in the following specific and verifiable cases:

- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally bought the exact same product twice.

- Proven Technical Defect: If the file is corrupt or technically defective, and our support team is unable to fix the issue within 48 hours of your report.

3. NON-REFUNDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES

We do not offer refunds for the following reasons:

- "Change of mind" after purchase.

- Failure to read the product description or compatibility requirements (e.g., needing a free Google account).

- Lack of expertise in using Google Sheets (though our template is designed to be beginner-friendly).

4. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

Filing a dispute or chargeback with your bank for a validly delivered digital product is a violation of our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to ban your account and IP address from future purchases and may submit evidence of your download/access log to your bank to contest the dispute.
